PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Pre-order items are produced specifically for an upcoming release and may begin production shortly after the pre-order period closes.

If you would like to cancel a pre-order, please contact Mentally Healing as soon as possible. Cancellation requests made before production begins may be eligible for a full refund.

Once production has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

If Mentally Healing is unable to fulfill your order, you will be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Any additional returns or exchanges are subject to our standard Refund and Return Policy.
